The Left is attacking our rights to speech.

Challenging leftist orthodoxy will not be met with robust debate, but with insults, cancellation, and even physical attack.

Challenge the Left on:

* Climate Change--you're a denier
* Trans grooming of children--you're a homophobe
* Affirmative Action--you're a racist
* Abortion--you're anti human rights
* 2020 election--you're part of the big lie

The Left insists that words can be a form of assault.

In the name of protecting against the harm of differing opinions:

* Pundits are DE platformed for challenging Leftist narratives,
* Teachers are fired for stating scientific facts,
* Citizens are doxed or swatted for expressing opinions,
* Attorneys are threatened with disbarment for expressing unfavored clients, and
* Medical licenses of doctors are challenged for opposing government/pharmaceutical industry recommendations.


In just the past 3 years, biden's government orders have:

* Closed small businesses,
* Restricted access to churches,
* Limited our rights of movement and association,
* Challenged our right to parent our children
* Undermined free and fair elections, and even
* Limited our freedom of speech.

Typically what the Left attacks is the ignorance of and errors in your speech, not your rights to speech. Also typically, the Left is more articulate and fact based in its speech on political topics than is the Right in its speech. This forum provides a small sample of that difference.

Right wingers think being criticized for what they say is the same as censoring or denying them the right to speech.

They also forget that the right to free speech means that the govt. cannot stop you from criticizing the govt.. It doesn't mean that you can defame people and get away with it.

Free speech means not getting arrested for your opinions
that are expressed on a forum
to which you have legitimate access.

Nobody is assaulting or even criticizing that right.

It helps to understand what the 1st Amendment means
before making claims of it being violated.
