What are you, a renter?

So your post is saying that property owners have seen the value of their property explode by 37 percent under Biden.

Renters have seen their rent explode under Biden

fixed your obvious error.....

What was the purpose of the:
1. attack on the Capitol
2. Trying to pressure Pence to not count the electoral votes
3. Trying to get Georgia to "find" 17,000 more votes
4. Filing 60 court cases against the election results
5. Claiming voter fraud and that Trump actually won the election

This was all an attempt to overturn/block the election results

each of those had a different purpose, though they all started with the demmycrats running unconstitutional elections in several states......what was the purpose of running elections unconstitutionally put in place without the approval of and in several instances in direct contradiction to the methods put in place by state legislatures?....

do you deny that the constitution says only the state legislatures may set the methods of conducting an election?
do you deny that several states used methods NOT approved by their state legislatures and in some instances in direct conflict with the methods set by those legislatures?
do you deny that in at least one state (Pennsylvania) even though the legislature did approve a method of conducting an election, the PA SC held that the election violated the state constitution?.....

how is it, that when so many states held unconstitutional elections, the demmyrats are surprised that people felt the results should be overturned......

"what difference does it make now"

the highest inflation since the last time a failed demmycrat president gave us high inflation....
the loss of energy independence......
Ukraine, Afghanistan, Taiwan....
the crisis at our southern borders and illegal immigration.....
a president who has been the recipient of over $10 billion in foreign bribes, mostly from our worst enemies......

When Joe Biden took office...

...he replaced the most incompetent, repulsive individual who ever held that office. Joe Biden brought a sense of dignity back to the office...a sense of respect from our allies across the world.

And America is, by far, a much better nation because Joe Biden took office.

There is that to consider,

I think that Joe Biden sucks,
yet I agree with everything that you've said, Frank,
and will hold my nose and vote for him again,
assuming that he's the party's nominee.

You need to earn 93% more to own a home today then you did some 3 years ago.

I realize that most of you already know just what a disaster this biden has been, and that you probably
cringe every time I present these disastrous facts to this forum, but, this being a political forum makes
me feel proud to present these important politically oriented facts to the many wonderful people here.

The Leftists manipulating Joke celebrate. They want people to be renters, not owners. They know renters are more likely to support their Leftist agenda than owners. They don't want you owning a home, a car, or for that matter anything else.

Repulsive, very possibly. Most incompetent? Not even close. Joke Biden is far more incompetent. He has fucked up everything he's done or touched in office, and the nation is worse off for it.

do you deny that the constitution says only the state legislatures may set the methods of conducting an election?

I agree with two modifications. (1) When you say "only the state legislature" that does not mean they have sole independent authority to make those laws. It must be in conjunction with the constitutional and legal procedures of the state government. The governor must sign off on those methods and have vetoed some of them. And, the state courts can also determine the legalities of those laws.

The Supreme Court just rejected the legislative supremacy theory that only the legislature can make those decisions when a state supreme court found a law passed by the legislature unconstitutional.

(2) The constitutional passage giving the state legislature the power to determine the "time, place, and manner" of holding elections is followed by the provision that..."but the Congress may at any time by Law make or alter such Regulations, except as to the Places of chusing Senators.

The time, place, and manner of conducting elections is sometimes confused with the provision giving the states the power to determine the selection of electors which does not include the manner of conducting elections.

fine by me.....so we agree that any election held in any other manner was unconstitutiona....

I am unaware of such a thing happening.......cite the case....

true......but that didn't happen......state election officials are not the US Congress.....

[/I said:

irrelevant as there is NO confusion that state legislatures exclusively are given the authority to set the time, place and manner under the constitution....that is all we are referring to......

so we are in agreement on the first question.......only the state legislature can set the time, place and manner.....

you didn't answer the second part.....do you deny that several states acted in violation of that constitutional provision?

Not sure what the moron OP believes a 'medium' home is?

Let's not forget that the trump admin refused to brief the Biden admin. about anything related to Covid, let alone anything else.

On day one, Biden had months of lost time to make up due to trump's childish actions.

The previous president shook down Ukraine, bashed our troops, weaponized DOJ, wanted to declare martial law because he was throwing a tantrum over losing the election and wanted to see his own VP assassinated. Great guy you support there numb nuts.
You forgot

Invited Russian operatives into the Oval Office on day one and divulged classified intel.
