"A Democrat-backed bill making its way through the California Legislature would require judges in the state to consider a convicted criminal's race when determining how long to sentence them to prison. "Assembly Member Reggie Jones-Sawyer, the Democratic chair of the California Assembly's Public Safety Committee, quietly introduced Bill 852 in February. The Assembly went on to pass the little-known legislation in May, and the measure is currently being considered in the state Senate.
"The bill would add a section to the Penal Code of California requiring courts, whenever they have the authority to determine a prison sentence, to "rectify" alleged racial bias in the criminal justice system by taking into account how historically persecuted minorities are affected differently than others."
The Democrats are so used to racism as the norm for them and so used to running the show and so used to ignoring the Constitution that they can't change. They demanded segregation in 1950 and they still demand segregation. The totally reject Martin Luther King and his dream of a day when his children are judged by the content of their character and not the color of their skin. The idea of judging a Democrat such as Joe Biden or Nancy Pelosi or Adam Schiff or Eric Swalwell or Maxine Waters on the content of their character is terrifying. Instead they simply go with the color of their skin or their willingness to kneel and grovel based on the color of their skin. I can believe this piece of, well, call it legislation will pass in California and will pass through the courts in California much like a bad dinner with too much hot sauce passes through you. But then, but then, it meets the abnormal Supreme Court. Abnormal means it's not Democrat, far left, determined to destroy the Constitution and America.
