One-third of all the presidents who have ever served...have served during my lifetime. One-third! Some have been great at the job...some not so great. Most have left our nation in better shape than when they took office...which, in my opinion, is the nature of things. Our nation started essentially as a break-away colony of the British Empire and has progressed to being one of (if not THE) most powerful nations on the planet. The progression has occurred throughout our short history.

Trump was, and still is, an abomination as a human being...and a total failure as a president.

And I'm quite sure he's going to double down on his accomplishments when he deservedly becomes our 47th president, while in the meantime completely wipes out any and all leftist deep state anti Americans.

His statement is false. On multiple levels. First, home prices skyrocketed UNDER TRUMP not under Biden. In Trumps last year in office, average prices rose from 266,000 to 303,000, and they just continued to rise. Second, the average mortgage rate under Biden is ABSOLUTE UNADULTERATED BULLSHIT. The mortgage rate didn't even EXCEED 6.77% until November of 2022. Finally, home ownership is not more expensive. Purchasing a home is more expensive. Tough shit. Obviously there are plenty of people more than willing to buy these homes. That ain't Biden's fault, now is it?

These threads are just a bunch of inaccurate, false or misleading numbers. And, as you rightfully point out, if you own a home now, you can SELL it for far more than you could under Trump.

What is missing, as always, is the GOP solution to this. Why is it missing from his post? BECAUSE THEY HAVE NO PLAN.
