She's looking out for her kid. Hunter was a deadbeat dad and she took him to court. The name thing seems to about leverage. I don't fault a single mom seeking to do what's best for her kid. I do fault Hunter for not doing the right thing. It's not like he didn't have the money.

Agreed. This is why I think Hunter could use a 6-12 month stint in prison. Nothing else is working for him to pull his head out of his ass. Abandoning his own kid is much worse than a drug habit or using the family name to line his own pockets.
