Jack Smith is the Republiclowns worst nightmare. His work is just beginning.

All mail in voting changed that. You cannot prove there wasn't fraud that went on undetected. However, it is easy to see how mass fraud could be done in our current system. I demonstrated that in a post above.

Mail in balloting creates too many voters
Early voting periods create too many voters
When too many people vote, Republicans cannot win an election.

Actually I do have a personal one, and yes, it is anecdotal.

During the last election, I got a text message from the radical Leftist advocacy group La Vota Familia asking me if I needed help filling out my ballot and turning it in. These actions are illegal under Arizona law and I did turn in the text and file a complaint with the state about that. I don't think the text was meant for me, but the content was clearly an attempt at voter fraud.
I wonder how many they filled out for Trump voters that they turned in.

That he's beating Biden at all says more about Biden than Trump. Trump is clearly a divisive figure in politics. Yet, Biden is so incompetent, so bad, that people would rather have the arrogant asshole than the arrogant retard as their president even if that's only by a small margin.

Most people ordinarily don't have their heads in politics the way members of a debate site do. Once the campaigning begins and voters get an eye fill and an ear fill of the post 2020 election Trump in all his unbalanced "glory" watch his numbers sink.

Doesn't change we should eliminate mail in voting entirely--or nearly so. We should also require stricter voter registration requirements and periodic reregistration. Voter ID should be universal and you vote in person 100% of the time with very few exceptions.

You are aware that a large percentage of Florida’s voting was done by mail? And the only actual proven incidents of mail voting fraud were by Republicans from Florida and Texas

AZ law states you cannot consult someone about the ballot?

If you need assistance in filling out your ballot, under Arizona law, there are only a few allowances for that, and the person assisting you has to be listed on the mail in envelope as having done so with the reason listed. That is also the only time someone other than you can turn in or mail in your ballot for you. They have to be listed.

An advocacy group texting voters--likely mass texting them--would be illegal.

Seems like two separate things. Asking if you need assistance is illegal in AZ?

So? That's just an appeal to popularity, a fallacy. I don't care who is committing fraud, and just because the Democrats are better at it and at not getting caught changes nothing. Mail-in voting is rife with opportunities for voter fraud.

Here we going again, you are saying something happened, yet you can not prove that it has happened, and that is what you are basing your argument on

Riddle me this:

Why is Trump, with all those legal troubles, out polling Joke Biden?

Trump may well be the most divisive Republican candidate for 2024, but he beats Joke at the polls. That says more about how ineffective and worthless Joke is than how legally fucked up Trump is.

Political analysts are concerned that if Trump vs. Biden becomes the two choices, many voters on both sides of the aisles will stay home in the general.

They are most particularly concerned about the Gen Z and younger Gen X people which would ordinarily be about 40% of the eligible voters.

These younger people are just not into the fight anymore, and they have lost all faith in the government, both parties, State Laws, the justice system, the SCOTUS, the deadlocked Congress, and POTUS! Since no one is listening to them, they want to make a point with a NO-SHOW turnout in the 2024 election for the first time. They are going on protest. They are very uncomfortable with the status quo of BOTH PARTIES and the continual political fighting- the attacks of the LGBTQ, systematic racism, the cost of an education, the lack of reasonable gun laws to protect them, the attacks on women's rights, etc. caused by both parties, or their ability to do something about it they say.

I do not agree with these analysts, or the Gen Xers protesting, but they are all majorly concerned about Joe Biden and Donald Trump being their only choice.

The GenXers want to see younger candidates enter the race who are Centrists- or else they are going to stay home in the General!

The reason why I am not so concerned about this, IS BIDEN IS STILL ABOUT THE ONLY CENTRIST RUNNING IN THE RACE SO FAR.

HE IS AN OLD CENTRIST! BUT THE ONLY REAL CHOICE THEY HAVE- if they do not want to risk things getting 10x worse for them- if they don't vote for him!

Fine, but it is incorrect to say, as you did above, that an offer to assist a voter in preparing and filing a ballot is "fraud" when it likely is merely a technical violation of the statute.

Who's to say that the person assisting fills it out accurately according to the voter's choices rather than their own, or doesn't offer their opinion on who to vote for? Those are illegal too. That constitutes fraud in any case.

AG Paxton Successfully Prosecutes Woman Who Pleads Guilty to 26 Felony Counts of Voter Fraud

She was charged with 26 counts of voter fraud, including three counts of illegal voting, seven counts of unlawful voter assistance, eight counts of returning marked ballots without consent and eight counts of election fraud.

What?

Common sense dictates nothing can be disproved if it hasn’t been proven yet
So you cannot say voter fraus does not happen. The truth is we don't look for it very hard but even at that we still find it. And common sense dictates that not all of these cases are GOP voter fraud.

The Texas Attorney General’s Office has successfully prosecuted 534 cases of voter fraud against 155 people since 2005. A total of 510 cases are still pending against 43 people, and 386 cases are still under investigation.

There was a Democrat in Texas that took out a Post Office Box in a Nursing home name and applied for mail in ballots then filled them out and sent them in at least 84 of them that they know of.

GOP voters are so disgusted by Biden I doubt many will stay home.

Exactly. You exposed terry for the fraud and phony that she is. Good job, arch.

Democrats are better at committing fraud and at not getting caught

She does this in her responses frequently. When she doesn't have valid points, she just makes shit up. And I really think she actually believes them, too. I believe it's referred to in psychology as Delusional Thinking.

Sad
