The Repub judges were appointed by Republican presidents who lost the popular vote. So they do not represent the majority. Of course, McConnell stole 2 from Obama, and see are suffering for his theft. The Reds on the court are showing why Biden should add 4 seats. The Reds did not care about Obama or precedence, why should Biden care about them?
