Safe to assume you are also in favor of giving full tuition tax credits to those parents and students that actually understood when you take out a loan it is a requirement that you pay it back to the lender and they did so with a lot of hard work and quite possibly a second job.
Some of lefties are the most irresponsible fools on the planet.
 
Anyone ever consider campaign promises just to garner votes from naive kids should be filed under the bullshit clause?

They were smart enough to garner votes from naive kids. This decision will keep them.

It was pretty clear from the start that all these recent rulings were constitutional. Lefties hate the Constitution and expect the government to pay for their way through life without ever considering for one second who is going to pay for this. We are on a downslide that will likely take this country down.

Ith comedy of the student loans is, why don't the complainers ask why is tuition so high when many colleges have billions in their endowment fund or why do they hire idiots like Pocahontas, James Comey, Faucci, and the like when they provide no substantive value?
 
The lefties here fail to recognize this ruling has nothing to do with the lgbtqazxysnes crowd and everything to do with freedom of spoeech.

especially when they ignore the fact that this promise was one that cannot be filled without Congress passing it as a law......

Constitutional?

So now the Judicial Branch telling the Executive Branch that can’t spend what the Judicial Branch thinks is too much money is in the Constitution? I thought the Judicial Branch’s purpose was to interpret Law, not render opinionated opinions based on their own ideological convictions.

Always amazes me how many on the right are so worried over what others may be getting rather than appreciating what they themselves have

And if you thought Biden’s intent was to win over young voters, this move only further convinces the young that the right is not for them

Perhaps it is telling the executive branch that they have overstepped their authority by not going through Congress before just creating new laws out of thin air.
 
This supreme court is the most activist ever. It is legislating from the bench. They reach for cases that allow them to make changes to America that favor the anti-choice, hateful religious nuts. Expanding the court would provide temporary relief. Eventually, the Reds will be in office again and they will restart the takeover.
