Jack Smith looks to hit Trump with up to 45 new charges and indict attorneys

Donald Trump could soon be facing additional indictments from the Department of Justice, The Independent reports.

The DOJ has made preparations for a “superseding indictment,” which are additional charges that may include allegations of more serious crimes against a defendant, according to the report, which cites sources familiar with the matter.

Andrew Feinberg writes for The Independent that "Prosecutors are now prepared to 'stack' an 'additional 30 to 45 charges' on top of the 37-count indictment brought against Mr Trump on 8 June. They would do so using evidence against the ex-president that has not yet been publicly acknowledged by the department, including other recordings prosecutors have obtained which reveal Mr Trump making incriminating statements."

Real possibility he’ll charge Trump again in New Jersey, the recent recordings were not in the Florida indictment, and being done in New Jersey, could bring additional charges

As you respond with insults... And, yes, complex questions are a form of insult.
Point out an insult and lets discuss it.

Is pointing out you side with the white supremacists and antisemites an insult or is it simply fact, Terry?

The Revolution has completely failed to generate violence from the enemies of the Revolution....look for false flag operations claiming to be violent in support of Trump.

The Revolution is desperate, they need violence to justify an unconstitutional mass crackdown on their enemies using the military and other federal agencies such as DOJ and Homeland Security.

You have gone around the bend, seek help and come back to reality.

Are you saying Jack Smith is corrupt along with the DOJ and FBI, Terry? Please speak clearly and openly.

She won’t, their last refuge is to speak cryptically, otherwise their is always a fact in the way of their “logic”.

I've noticed that most Trumpers tend to run when about to be cornered. Sad.

Evidence exists that Trump may have broken the law, hard evidence, Hunter is all circumstantial and largely innuendo, world of difference

Evidence that Bagman broke the law is plentiful. For example, he evaded paying taxes for nearly a decade. That's a fact. He did it on millions too. There are e-mails, voicemails, bank records, etc. as well. Trump might have broken the law on some of what he's charged with. Bagman is clearly a repeat felon on tax evasion, money laundering, being an unregistered foreign lobbyist, firearms, and likely more.

You're free to hide behind memes. Most other Trumpers do the same, use single emoji posts or other means of avoiding an articulate reply in their own words.

One sanity check is to ask a person to rephrase a question or their thoughts in their own words. If they can't do it, that says something about them.

Not a meme. Again, your ignorance is showing.

meme
[mēm]
NOUN
an image, video, piece of text, etc., typically humorous in nature, that is copied and spread rapidly by internet users, often with slight variations:
"celebrity gossip and memes often originate on the site" · "the concept originally started as an internet meme"

an element of a culture or system of behavior passed from one individual to another by imitation or other nongenetic means.

A complex question is a logical fallacy often used as an insult.

He is a private citizen

And it will be handled as the law says

Does everything except explain himself. LOL

Like Fredo and other antisemitic, racist Trumpers, you don't have to explain yourself, Terry. You're free to vent, rage, lie and violate your oath. It's a free country despite all your conspiracy theories.

Evaded taxes and paid the penalty, as most due in the same circumstances, even Trump.

The Emails, text, etc., are not conclusive, the “big guy” has only been verified by the guy who claimed he knew what it meant, and the text author contradicted Bobby, his “father in the room” says nothing unless you can prove his father was in the room, and the promised videos turned out to be fictional. It is all innuendo, even the supposed whistleblowers

On the other hand, real evidence exists against Trump, not innuendo, not he said she said, existing evidence presented infront of a Grand Jury

Says the troll^^

Do you even know what charge stacking is?

31 of the current 37 charges against Trump in the classified records case are the exact same charge for the exact same thing. That is classic charge stacking.

What Is Criminal Charge Stacking?
Criminal charge stacking, also referred to as “piling on,” involves a prosecutor charging a defendant with as many charges as they possibly can.
