Hunter is not officially a government employee/agent. He was, however an an international lobbyist working for the White House (i.e. President Joe Biden) in violation of the FARA Act. Hunter Biden clearly influenced US government policy decisions. To give just one of many examples, Vice President Biden threatened to withhold $1 billion (USD) in US Loan Guarantees ear-marked for the Ukrainian government unless the immediately fired the top Ukrainian prosecutor, Victor Shonkin, who was investigating the "BURISMA HOLDINGS" gasworks in Kiev at the time. (A video-tape of Joe Biden bragging about this, in 2018,at a CFR event in the US is still on "You Tube" - check it out if you don't believe me)"BURISMA" was owned by a corrupt Ukrainian oligarch, named, Zlochevsky. In 2014, Zlochevsky gave Hunter Biden a job working as a Director on the Board of "BURISMA HOLDINGS" on a salary of $86,000 (USD) per month - which is surprising given he has zero knowledge or experience of the natural gas/oil energy industry, could not speak the local language and was a shit-head addicted to crack-cocaine ? Hunter Biden did not stop working with "BURISMA" until 2019.
The House Oversight Committee recently obtained an FD-1023 confidential human source document from the FBI. This FBI document contains a (first-hand witness) account of Mykola Zlochevsky offering Hunter Biden and Joe Biden $5 million dollars (USD) each to get the Ukrainian government's (corruption) probe of "BURISMA" by Victor Shonkin terminated. The confidential human source reported to the FBI (his testimony was recorded by an FBI agent/s on the FD - 1023 form) that Hunter Biden and Joe Biden had each been given a $5 million (USD) bribe by, Mykola Zlocevsky. It is clear that these bribes were made in exchange for then US Vice President, Joe Biden, using his political influence (Joe Biden's portfolio as VP in the Obama administration included supervision of Ukrainian affaires) to have Shonkin's corruption probe of "BURISMA HOLDINGS" terminated ("BURISMA" BTW, was well-known in Ukraine to be a corrupt business organisation; it had been common knowledge for years that Mykola Zlochevsky was, - amongst other criminal activity -, laundering large sums of money through "BURISMA").
In April, 2016, Vice President Joe Biden threated the Ukrainian government that he would with - hold $1 billion (USD) in US Loan Guarantees if state prosecutor Victor Shonkin (who was at that time leading an investigation into corruption at "BURISMA HOLDINGS"( WAS NOT FIRED IMMEDIATELY. Biden told the government it had 6 hours to make up its mind. Victor Shonkin was fired 6 days after Biden delivered his ultimatum.
Joe Biden is such a fool and a braggart that he actually confirmed this incident personally, on camera, at a CFR event (the CFR is a influential, left-wing "think tank" closely affiliated with the Democrat Party) in the US in 2018. Joe Biden is a narcissist, and loves to present himself as the "tough guy" who is not to be toyed with.In 2018, Biden teold his audience at the CFR event, how he had said to the Ukrainian government in 2016: "I want that prosecutor (Victor Shonkin) fired, if he's not fired immediately, you're not getting the money ( $1 billion in US Loan Guarantees ear-marked for the Ukraine)... "Now, I'm leaving here in (Biden looks his wrist watch) about 6 hours) and if I don't hear this Prosecutor's been fired - you don't get the money". Then Biden says to the audience at the CFR event: - "Well, whaddya know -son of a bitch - [/I]they fired him[/I] !"Biden obviously found this this extremely amusing and there was a ripple a laughter around the CFR audience. Hunter Biden did have an influence on the White House. He worked as an international lobbyist for wealthy oligarchs in Ukraine, China, Mexico, Russia and a number of other countries, peddling influence through his father while he was the VP in Obama's administration.
