Perhaps not, but, I did have a friend that lost his life when he tried to pull his gun out and interrupt a crime on a dark parking lot down in Deep Ellum, where 2 guys were robbing a couple at gunpoint as they were on their way to a night club. One of the gunmen just turned his gun and shot him through the throat, and then shot the couple to death and fled the scene.
SO all this good Samaritan accomplished was getting himself, and two innocent people killed, and the murderers were never found.
He was a young man, just 26 years old, and was a great guy really!

I remember you telling this story earlier and i'm sorry you lost a friend, but would the outcome have been better had he stayed out of it and those two guys killed that couple after they were done robbing them and raping her?

I just want to say, that I don't hang out with this particular friend any longer, but not just for that reason- FOR MANY REASONS.
And, I can already tell you that, if the drummer in my band don't stop being such a Racist Republican jerk around the rest of us, I will be telling him to take his DRUMS AND BEAT IT!
