The voluntary interview, which took place under what is known as a proffer agreement, was a significant development in the election interference investigation led by Jack Smith, the special counsel, and the latest indication that Mr. Smith and his team are actively seeking witnesses who might cooperate in the case.

Rudy may be losing it but I think his loyalty to Trump is as thin as Trump's loyalty to him. Remember Trump screwed him over legal fees. Refused to pay for the work he did for him as a lawyer, and refused to pay his legal costs, when Rudy needed to defend himself for the illegal work he did for Trump

If indeed Rudy is going to be the key one charged in the Georgia and jack Smith investigations into Fake Electors (alongside Trump or not), and the other co defendants are pointing at him as the top guy, I think Rudy will not hesitate to offer anything he has, in any are to give up Trump to get himself a deal.

Ashli Babbit was killed while committing a crime. She deserved to get her batshit crazy head blown off. I hope the USA charged for family for the costs to clean up the mess her corpse made on the Capitol steps.
