No Trump did not have the power to magically declassify everything. There is a process, and he knows what it is. He came up with that lie and it is a weak ass, not real, excuse.

When, not if, but when Smith fails to comply with the judicial order, Judge Cannon has two options, to dismiss the portions of the indictment claiming violations of the espionage act - or to dismiss the indictment entirely based on prosecutorial misconduct.

Nothing amuses me more than Republican prosecutors given 5+ years to investigate and coming up with more and more nothing burgers.
