What's happening with the Biden scandal is a form of Sorites Paradox. When does a scandal become a factual, provable scandal? As each incident, piece of evidence, photograph, whistleblower, comes forward how many does it take to go from a "what if" to an "Oh shit!" situation. The Biden corruption probe is headed towards oh shit PDQ. It may not be there yet, but chances are damn good at this point it will get there.

Trump did not have any classified document at Mar-a-Lago.
All of the government records and documents he had there were DECLASSIFIED.
Trump declassified them ALL before he left Washington. As POTUS he had the ABSOLUTE right to do this (under the Presidential Records Act - PRA), and he has personally confirmed that he did so. He (Trump) also gets to designate who he allows to read them - he that authority, ABSOLUTELY. He had the right to allow whomsoever he chose access to the declassified document/reports that he had stored at "Mar-A-Lago."
As for the charges brought against President Trump under the Espionage Act, the PRA trumps the Espionage Act. The Espionage Act does NOT APPLY to government records/documents that have been declassified by the President, who, as mentioned, has the ABSOLUTE RIGHT to declassify any document he wants. With respect to the notion of Donald Trump spying for a foreign power - THIS WAS THE ORIGINAL HEART OF THE PURPOSE OF THE ESPIONAGE ACT - is beyond ludicrous. In their zealous efforts to stop Trump Jack Smith, his weasel-like supervisor, Attorney General, Merrick Garland and their federal minions have violated federal law, specifically, the "Hatch Act." In 5 U.S. Code Section 7323, this Act states that a US government "employee" or government agent (this category applies to both Jack Smith and Merrick Garland) is prohibited from using their "official authority or influence for the purpose of interfering with or affecting the result of an election."
Only a dopey Democrat, dipstick (like Nordberg, Bidenpresident, Concart, Jarod, Martin, Foul Woman, Christiefan915, etc) could POSSIBLY be unable to see how the trumped-up charges against Donald Trump who has already declared his intention to seek re-election, and is campaigning, with the charges brought on the eve of the Primary season and in the year before the election, are anything BUT[ an intentional effort to influence or interfere with the 2024 Presidential election in a way to injure Donald Trump./B]

Trump WAS asked to return any documents that were "marked classified" in his possession.
