Arbie has unresolved issues. Expected in someone under 35, not so much for those over 60. Guilt is a common one. In his case, I'm thinking low self-esteem. A feeling of worthlessness compared to others. I don't see it, but apparently he does. He comments about his life activities and all sounds normal, but he still harbors a lot of inner conflict which is expressed as hate for strangers, racism and antisemitism.
