I would think that no matter who the individual is, if there's even a remote connection to funneled money, inappropriate or illegal influencing, bribery, and/or corruption, every single avenue of investigation should be pursued, no matter the political party or the familial relationship involved............instead, what we have is partisan politics doing everything they can to protect their favored political entities from accountability, while at the same time pursuing every damaging item they can for their hated political entities.
In the end, we all end up the worse for it because corruption, bribery, and other criminal activity still gets to go on under the guise of partisan warfare.
Heinrich Garland said we can't investigate the Biden cartel anymore. The "deal" that the department of injustice made covers all crimes, past, present, and future that are committed by the Biden Crime Family.

Well, now that there's no case, Garland has no reason to not turn over everything the DOJ, FBI, etc., gathered on the Bidens to Congress and their investigation...
Why would he, nor do they really want it, dangerous precedent, especially for the GOP, did you think the GOP wants all tips and information given to the Justice Dept on Trump and his family made public record?

Let's play this out..
There was no case or indictment of Jim Jordan in sexual assault cases so there is no reason to not turn over all the grand jury testimony where witnesses said he knew about the abuse.
There was no case or indictment of Trump by Mueller so there is no reason to to turn over all the grand jury testimony to Congress about Trump committing obstruction.
There was no case or indictment of Trump by Durham and Barr so there is no reason not to turn over all the evidence gathered in the investigation of Trump committing financial crimes in Italy.
There is a reason why the DoJ doesn't release information from investigations. Much of it is unsubstantiated or could be misused.
