Yes, Biden should be prosecuted under 18 U.S. Code § 2071 and 44 U.S.C. 2202.

Trump has pivoted to saying he always meant to give all the documents back, he just needed more time to go through the boxes to fish out his golf shirts and souvenirs.

Because Biden did not refuse to hand them over, and did not hide them from the authorities. There is no evidence Biden put them there himself, and there is no evidence. Biden knew they were there.

Biden was never authorized to take them in the first place, only a president can do that

A thief is caught with stolen merchandise in his garage and library and says he did not know they were there.

Biden, to my knowledge, has not denied that the stolen documents were his and located in his home.

If the documents weren't his why were they in his garage? So we apparently have a federal govt that has no idea where classified documents are. I'm just thinking I should check my garage in case someone put boxes of classified documents in there. Maybe this is all a master plan by leftists to actually secure classified documents? If you randomly put boxes of classified documents in people's garages how would the bad guys know where to look? It's a great plan if you think about it. What's that's old saying, hiding in plain sight.

I'd encourage conservatives to go back & look at the many things Trump had to say about classified information and enforcement of the laws protecting it. He had a ton of things to say about that when it was all about Hillary's emails.

Biden is currently not immune to impeachment and prosecution after he leaves office.

Biden has not denied ownership of the documents that he took illegally and stored illegally.

I do not think he has denied or admitted. In America we enjoy two things, the presumption of innocence and the 5th Amendment right against self incrimination. You cannot assume someone is guilty simply due to silence on an issue.

No, you did not.

The illegally taken and stored classified documents were found in his garage and his library.

He has not denied knowledge of their existence in his home because he knew they were there.
