BROWNSVILLE, Texas – A 40-year-old Harlingen resident has been ordered to federal prison following his conviction of lying on a firearm application at a local Wal-Mart, announced U.S. Attorney Ryan K. Patrick along with Special Agent in Charge Fred Milanowski of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF). A Brownsville jury deliberated for 30 minutes before convicting Juan Sauceda following a one-day trial June 18, 2019.

United States Attorney David C. Joseph announced that Thomas Ray Beaird, 41, of Shreveport, was sentenced Thursday to 12 months and one day in prison by U.S. District Judge Elizabeth E. Foote for attempting to purchase a firearm from a pawn shop. He was also sentenced to one year of supervised release.

Beaird attempted to purchase a handgun from a licensed Shreveport firearms dealer on June 29, 2018. Beaird lied on an ATF form 4473 to purchase a Ruger LCP .380-caliber gun.

For the rest of eternity, pics of this pathetic loser will have his selfies plastered all over the internet, his mistreatment of his daughter, the fact he was kicked out of the Navy for drug use, had a relationship with his dead brothers wife, refused to pay child support, never held a real job, and became a national joke, will be his legacy.

We can discuss at a later date his creepy father who married his sons babysitter, at fifty, showered with his eleven year old daughter, gropes little children, and also never held a real job but got the most votes in history by hiding in his basement.

The sad story of a very disfunctional family and a very divided country.

Hunter has no priors. This was a first time found guilty of anything. He is a member of a powerful family. this is America, The powerful and their families are treated differently. This is how America works. Anyone else who stole a truckload of classified documents would be in jail. Trump is playing golf and waddling around free. He is being treated very gently.
 
In fact, a plea has been entered. The judge has to decide what the deal will be when he returns to court. It is not over.
