Resume stop and frisk...keep ALL violent crime people locked up full sentence no parole or probation....no plea bargains on violent crimes.... thats a start


if u commit a violent crime and it can be shown u were a member of a gang its 25 years min sentence no parole


if u get caught carrying a gun and are a felon with a violent charge on your record..its 25 years no parole

So you have no problem with the cops stopping and frisking you because you "look funny"? Agreed on violent people and no paroles or probation. While I agree in principle on plea bargains for violent offenders, the courts would be flooded if all had to go to trial. Imagine how long those who attacked the Capitol would have to sit in prison waiting for trial if they didn't cop a plea?

I'd need more details of the pedophile, but "on a hard drive" sounds like crossing state boundaries. Not a lawyer, but if someone crosses a state boundary, robs a mini-mart then crosses back, that would probably involve the Feds.

I know all the Democrats would support your plan, especially since it shreds the Constitution and strips away State's Rights.
