I heard Newsome on NPR the other day. He sounded coherent, intelligent and somewhat moderate, albeit left of center. Too bad his state is a train wreck. He’d have more credibility. After him there’s no other dim on their bench that I can think of.
As for republicans, anyone but Dump.

When this mess is FINALLY all over Im thinking Fetterman and the old potato head can go on the road as kind of an old vaudeville type comedy act. Maybe call themselves Lurch and Touchy feely, they can do shows in Vegas together. Joe can sit on Lurches lap and play the role of a dummy,....and they can get a ventriloquist to hide behind the curtain and throw his voice for both parts! :) Might be pretty good!

On the other hand, today's Democrats, like Feinstein and Fetterman, cling to power like some old Politburo member that won't give it up until they're cold dead body is in the grave.
