There is nothing new here, but I am a now long time student of his. Jordan looks good and his brain is working good but......but......I think he rather botched the answer. A much better tact would have been along the lines of "You are being abused, you must make yourself strong enough to put an end to it, and you must do your best to not let this abuse destroy you in the meantime. This is hard, you will be tested, but be aware that almost everyone is much stronger than they think they are if they put their mind to it. A great deal of being strong enough is making the decision to be strong enough."
The question was "How can I go to war without getting hurt?"
My answer is that you must get strong enough of constitution to take getting hurt, because it very well may happen......but fighting for truth is the right thing to do....it is required if humanity is to survive.
Jordan was too classy to say "You need to grow up".

At one time, there was a communist behind every bush.
Minorities, especially blacks, have always been a target. Voting. Segregation. Biracial marriages.
Gays have also been in that group. Going into the bedroom, laws against gay sex. Gay marriage illegal. I recall doomsday predictions how society was going to fall apart when gays were allowed to marry. Guess what? Nothing happened.
Now, the trans and drag queen community is merely the latest iteration of those targeted groups. How they are “grooming” our youth. Nothing new or unexpected there.
I’m not sure what recent events you refer to. Pride gatherings? Gay rights parades? Being more aggressive in asserting their rights as Americans?
Hate? Really? If you’re capable of true hate, that emotion is on you, in you and about you, not the object of your hate.

Where did I mention Jordan Peterson at all? He seems to be a reasonable guy in some respects. In that podcast, he just spent 30 minutes rambling on about the overabundance of administrators at Toronto University, tyrannical communist governments and how to get a job. And a lot of self-aggrandizement.

Libraries, schools, corporations all face Right based woke cancel culture calls if they simply present any views the right does not like or agree with. In many cases the woke right does not even know what views are being expressed (especially in books, as they do not read) and yet they want it cancelled.
IT is also FAR worse on the right, as they have no issues the power of government to implement their woke ideology.
If we want to deal with woke cancel culture, efforts must begin on the rightm where woke cancel culture is worse and growing out of control.

My son and his wife are educators. He is a high school American Government teacher, she a middle school librarian. They work with a great deal of trepidation, not from the left, but from the right. That there may be a book on the shelves about two moms or two dads. Or that a subject may arise about the racist past (and present) this nation’s history.
Drag queen shows are about the least of our worries in this country.
