The Republican attempt to censure Adam Schiff was a flop

Well, Gecko, the impeachment can be removed.

A new House resolution would retroactively reverse and expunge Trump’s 2019 impeachment charges.
Would that even be allowed? Nothing in the Constitution explicitly precludes Congress from taking an impeachment back, although neither of the two other House-impeached presidents in history — Andrew Johnson and Bill Clinton — saw their charges expunged. But there is an arguable precedent from 1837, when the Senate in 1837 officially reversed their earlier 1834 censure of President Andrew Jackson.

No Sir, Once impeached- it's the final word!

The impeachment gets handed over to the Senate, and all they can do is decide whether the president has to be removed from office or is allowed to remain in office!

He will be censured for sure

the gop cares about the laws - the fine was not legal

it will get re-voted on without the fine - and will pass

bank on it

The Senate refusing to indict trump was a partisan miscarriage of justice.

Trump was impeached twice. He has been found liable in court of being a sexual predator. He has now been criminally indicted twice, and now it appears he will be indicted three more times. What a paragon of virtue.

Anything can be esponged from the record, Gecko.

Especially a false impeachment.

The action against Shiffty Schiff will be introduced again …without the fine and it will pass.

you are a retard

the rule of law is that you can't take away their salary.

A fine isn't taking their salary away. Fines are standard procedure.

you know what ISN'T though? Jailing opponents in a presidential race - well, it's common in banana republics and thug dictatorships - you know, the type of country you seek.

Republican attempts at getting revenge on the Biden administration — and other Democrats — don’t seem to be faring so well these days.

This week, House Republicans had their latest flop in the form of a resolution to censure Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA) over his role in pushing an investigation into former President Donald Trump and his 2016 campaign’s potential ties to Russia. In a 225-196 vote, the House voted to table this resolution on Wednesday evening, effectively killing it.

They haven’t even impeached Biden like they promised. There isn’t even an investigation into Hunter….

Has someone been jailed?
