I'll give that one a pass. Joke does a lot of shit that's more obviously creepy, retarded, or whatever, but this one is a stretch and pretty lame.
 
It does point out a problem with multi-culturalism, however.

The people that I might consider cold and prudish are no less sincere about their feelings

That's one good thing about attending a prominent urban university with many cultures represented in the student body and faculty alike.
You simply don't meet a large variety of people in your own 'hood,
but in college,
one has no choice but to interact with diverse people.

The process doesn't change who one is,
but it can help people become more tolerant of differences between people.
