No incumbent president in modern times**(other than Gerald Ford, who never was elected to the office) has participated in a primary debate. In light of that, the question of, "Why won't Joe Biden, who is the incumbent president, participate in a primary debate?" makes no fucking sense.

**The best I have been able to determine, NO INCUMBENT PRESIDENT IN OUR NATION'S HISTORY has ever participated in a primary debate.

Frank, hold my hand and I'll walk you through this. The dnc doesn't want Biden to run in 2024. Dem voters don't want Biden in 2024. The dnc thinks if they run someone like Buttigieg that they'll capture young voter for a lifetime.

RFK is a dnc tool who will drop out of the primary. The real debate will come from Dr. Cornel West. Prof West has been sending the same moral message for over 30 years and it's about time workers wise up and listen to what he has to say. At some point Biden will have to debate West.

The dnc does not want Biden on stage with someone with West's integrity. Watch what happens to this country when the dnc tries to keep West out of the debates.

Most incumbent presidents do not participate in primary debates...so Joe Biden has decided not to so. The last incumbent president to do so was Ford...who did not get elected to the office, so it made sense.
