Trump confesses, again!

Jack Smith is intelligent and experienced.
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!
He'll know how to handle her in order to get all the evidence presented. It could be to the prosecution's advantage to keep her, as she has a well-known Trump bias. That could shut down the MAGATs crying about "unfair" and "prejudiced judge." *Could,* not won't.
MAGA is not a person nor a group.

Lawyers do not 'handle' a judge.
It's not about 'evidence'. Trump has all the authorization he needs to retain any records he wishes. He doesn't even need to 'declassify' them.

My conviction is to the US not to an issue

I assume you mean the SOA (State of America). The government of the United States (the federal government) fell to a coup in 2020. It's current form is an oligarchy. It's leadership no longer recognizes the Constitution of the United States nor any State constitution.

Now Democrats are trying yet another indictment (treating it as a conviction). Like all the others, it's baseless.

Trump can retain any documents he wants and doesn't even need to 'declassify' any of them. This authority stems from the Constitution of the United States giving the President this authority. Neither Congress, nor the FBI, nor NARA has any authority to limit the authority of the President (or former President).

I don’t think Smith will, it would cause delays. I think he will be prepared to take it to the 11th circuit if she disagrees with any of his rulings.

The 11th circuit court has no authority to change the Constitution or to limit the authority of the President (or former Presidents). NO COURT has that authority.
