A voter can call themselves anything they want but if they consistently vote for one side they are still democrat or republican

The best his defense can hope for at this point is to convince the judge to disallow most of the DOJ's evidence, impugn the witnesses, and plead insanity. lol

With a $750,000 nonrefundable retainer, Id do it, I am licensed in the Federal Court of the Southern District of Florida.

I suspect Id be fired quickly for having ethics, but thats ok.


I am sure there are lots of attorneys available but they will not agree to Trumps terms.

I hear he refuses to pay a retainer, so he gets them in... then demands they violate ethics rules for him and refuses to pay unless they do. Its a lose - lose for any attorney. The second he gets over them on payments he tries to extort them.

Wanna bet? Trump MIGHT be able to cut a deal on this issue and get no jail time, but it would almost certainly require him to drop out of the race and never run again. See: Spiro Agnew. But if this goes to trial, Trump goes to jail. For a long time. He is not immune from jail time, and he deserves to spend the rest of his life behind bars. Also remember that he is about a month away from being indicted in Georgia. And there are going to be tons of indictments for January 6th, and most likely Trump will be one of them.

But you go ahead and vote for a guy who is a sexual predator, spy for the Saudis, and traitor to his country. You must be so proud of your guy.
