This 1023 refers to Joe Biden as the BIG GUY before Tony Bobulinski and Hunter's laptop mentioned the Big Guy. So now the owner of Burisma and TWO of Hunter's business partners identify Joe Biden as the Big Guy.

It sure SHOULD have. Isn't it interesting the FBI can't even indict him for illegally saying he wasn't using drugs when he bought a handgun.

HB's not getting special treatment; most people who lie on the form aren't prosecuted. This comes from a pretty interesting article.

If the two recordings of calls between the informant and Joe Biden exist, the "code name" for "the Big Guy" will no longer be effective.

THIS 1023 has ZERO to do with Rudy. Please keep up. The FBI did not want to hand the 1023 over to their bosses (The House) because the FBI tried to bury the 1023 instead of investigating it.
