I'll make sure those 17 recordings of Joe and Hunter are released: Republican Steve Scalise vows to 'press' to make Burisma exec's phone calls public - and says Americans are furious the Bidens have gotten away with 'web of corruption'

17 audio recordings

All of Biden’s money laundering effort just went down the crapper.
This 1023 refers to Joe Biden as the BIG GUY before Tony Bobulinski and Hunter's laptop mentioned the Big Guy. So now the owner of Burisma and TWO of Hunter's business partners identify Joe Biden as the Big Guy.

I have a recording of Trump admitting that he has sex with animals and midget clowns. Stay tuned.

I think their witness absconded with the tapes. Now they can’t find either one. Damn the luck.

"Republicans are alleging the FBI under the Biden administration tried to cover up an investigation of a tip given to the FBI by Giuliani during the Trump administration, and which even Trump’s attorney general, William Barr, treated with extreme care...[/FONT]

What do Republicans allege?

That the FBI has been hiding evidence of a bribery allegation that could involve the president and his son receiving $5 million from someone with ties to Ukraine. Republicans say the evidence comes from an internal law enforcement document, known as an FD-1023, which details an interview conducted with a confidential informant. It is the one and only allegation that the president has been involved in something illegal. However, it is based on a tip the FBI has not been able to verify...

Why didn’t the FBI want to hand over the document?

It contains what the FBI calls “unverified” information. Essentially, anything could lead to an FD-1023 form, which does nothing more than acknowledge an interview took place...

... there’s a false equivalence between comparing [HB's] affairs, which still ultimately rely on unverified claims forwarded to the FBI by Giuliani, and Trump’s treatment of classified data, which the Department of Justice apparently feels confident it can prosecute."

HB's been under investigation by one outfit or another since 2018, when Joe was still a private citizen. It seems something should have come out already, five years on.
It sure SHOULD have. Isn't it interesting the FBI can't even indict him for illegally saying he wasn't using drugs when he bought a handgun.

You should ask the FBI why they are obviously dragging their feet. Never mind, the house is forcing those bastards out into the open.

HB's not getting special treatment; most people who lie on the form aren't prosecuted. This comes from a pretty interesting article.

"But according to newly revealed Justice Department records, the odds of being charged for lying on this form are virtually nonexistent. In the 2019 fiscal year, when Hunter Biden purchased his gun, federal prosecutors received 478 referrals for lying on Form 4473 — and filed just 298 cases, according to data extracted from the U.S. attorneys’ case management system. That’s out of approximately 27 million background checks undertaken in a 12-month period."

If the two recordings of calls between the informant and Joe Biden exist, the "code name" for "the Big Guy" will no longer be effective.

THIS 1023 has ZERO to do with Rudy. Please keep up. The FBI did not want to hand the 1023 over to their bosses (The House) because the FBI tried to bury the 1023 instead of investigating it.
