Does trump have a viable defense?

the double standard argument - where Trumpers want there to be no standards

if Hillary and Trump both get locked up - will you retards finally go away?

You failed to answer.

Should it be illegal to run against the choice of the democrat Reich?

Should all who vote, swear in advance to vote for the democrat candidate chosen by the Reich?

Obviously you support imprisoning those who oppose the party.

That is not the subject of this discussion. It is right wing deflection When we had threads about Biden and Pences handling of classified documents, did you interject by bringing it in Trump's much worse and criminal handling of a truckload of documents?

It is the subject of this discussion.
Trump didn't mishandle any document. You are still ignoring the Constitution and the PRA.

Biden DID mishandle documents. He never was authorized to even view the documents kept in his own home in an unsecured manner.

Everyone that gets to know Trump hates Trump

His security team has already explained this. Protecting documents is not their job. They have no interest in protecting his image either

You don't get to speak for everybody. Omniscience fallacy.
Blatant lies.

The Constitution of the United States is a valid defense.

And this is what this all boils down to. The democrats have declared the Constitution to be null and void.

Two questions,

Will the courts let them get away with it?
If not, will Xi's Biden Regime declare martial law and dissolve the courts?

He was authorized to take them…Biden, as VP was not.

Trump’s documents were stored safely…under Secret Service protection.

Cocaine Hunter…and his prostitutes, were the only ones guarding Biden’s illegally stored documents.

Cocaine Hunter also had been in China. How many of those documents made it to the Chinese government?

of course he was.

Nope. As always you are wrong.

Keeping presidential documents was legal until 1978. How law applies to Trump, Biden

U.S. presidents were previously allowed to keep presidential documents after leaving office — as they were considered personal property. But a law passed in 1978 changed the rules. Since the passing of the Presidential Records Act of 1978, presidential and vice presidential papers have been government property, making it illegal to hold on to them once presidents and vice presidents end their time in the White House.
