For the second time Trump has been arrested!

He is currently in custody of federal agents in Miami!

I heard someone say the other day, if trump signed an agreement never to run for office again he could plead out all these charges.

I don't know why a lot of Trump supporters, lackeys, cronies, and ass-wipes still refer to him as president?!! He is not the president?!! If anything, he is the former president or criminal defendant Trump?!!

That's what they did for Spero Agnew. I would hope they would not offer that deal because it would feed the idea that it was only about keeping Trump out. He should not get special treatment.

He is a criminal and should be treated as such.

The fact is you people only care about this shit just so he doesnt run again. You dint really care about the documents. Stop the pretending. Why do you think everyone is as stupid as you?
 
Trump passed up his grace period. All The FBI wanted was the documents back and Daffy refused. He was given over a year to return them and he lied and hid them. This mess is all Trump's doing.

Do you think he'd do that? Act like the US mattered more than him? Be the bigger man? Sacrifice for the nation? Does that sound like Trump to you?

I think we have a trial coming up. I don't necessarily think that he's "guilty" as I have not heard the evidence or the defense. I just don't think that Trump would put the nation before what he thinks is his "reputation".

I think Hillary should have been charged. Whether she is guilty or not should have been decided by a jury of her peers, not by partisanship. I also think that Brandon should be charged for taking documents home from when he was in the Senate, suddenly becoming "cooperative" decades later after you had them scattered about your home for decades isn't a good enough reason to avoid prosecution.

No. The law has nothing about intent in it. The law she broke spoke of negligence, not intent, which she had in spades... The reality is, folks are spending time in jail for what she did right now, without intent. Shoot, the FBI report called her "Grossly Negligent" which certainly met the standard for that law.
