Does trump have a viable defense?

Well half an admission is better than none. If you actually cared about the rule of law you would demand Biden get indicted because you would demand it if trump did it. We know you hate trump which includes his attitude but the rule of law is fluid like your gender.

It is the rule of law, his attitude toward it shows that he does not believe it applies to him, does not respect the United States, does not respect the people who make up the Untied States.

Biden does not need that defense just as Pence does not.

Bullshit. They illegally removed documents they were not authorized to remove. UNLIKE a President.

The gov't has no evidence Biden or Pence knew what was in those boxes and was trying to keep the gov't and lawyers from checking and discovering what was in them,

That is a laughably stupid statement. The evidence is that they admitted they had ILLEGALLY removed documents. They did not have the authority to do that. They are not the President.

The argument that it's not a crime if, once caught, one cooperates. How laughable is that in a court of law. "Yes, your honor, I broke the law, BUT, I cooperated once I was caught". Moron.

That is what Trump did.

Trump was President with authorization under the PRA to review his documents and to determine what was classified and what was not.

yes he had boxes like Pence and Biden. Trump however did not allow his lawyers to search them and to remove any potential government records to hand them over and instead engaged in a game of hide and seek, to make the lawyer feel he checked all places, while they were being moved to another. That way so the lawyer would swear a false attestation saying 'we have done our job, searched everywhere and there are no more documents'.

That is a lie filled narrative fed to you by MSNBC or the DNC.

Trumps own lawyer was so suspicious of Trump potentially playing that game that he refuse to sign it and said 'does Trump have another lawyer dumb enough to sign it', and Christina Bobb said "i'm your Huckleberry'.

Where did you get this laughable bullshit? Link please.

So? That is the name of the act, not the legal language of the required intent.

Focus, it was you that said that there was no intent to violate the Espionage Act by Biden.

It’s fairly easy to see when you are losing…you pretend to be drunk.

Who was tasked to protect Biden’s classified documents in his…Garage?

Cocaine Hunter, who lived in his home…with his prostitutes?

That is not the subject of this discussion. It is right wing deflection When we had threads about Biden and Pences handling of classified documents, did you interject by bringing it in Trump's much worse and criminal handling of a truckload of documents?

The defense for Hillary was…intent...no intent to violate the Espionage Act…a lie by Hillary.

Do you agree with the faux “prof” who said that espionage is not part of the indictment?

4 days ago — Most of the charges Trump is facing are counts of willful retention of national defense information in violation of the Espionage Act of 1917.

It is laughably stupid as well. The fact that ILLEGALLY USING a private server to conduct government business, a crime, is obviously INTENT.

If you actually cared about the rule of law

Let's be very clear, America hating leftists do not care about the law, the Constitution, this country or truth and facts. It's about power. They will use every banana republic tactic in the book to keep and hold onto it.

There is no evidence of intent from Biden to possess those documents. Words matter. Clear evidence by Trump.

The dummy, the ambulance chaser, brought up intent.

It’s a valid issue…equal treatment under the law.

Words matter, where is the proof of intent to violate the Espionage Act, you know, the one that Trump has been charged with…by multiple indictments?

It was in a very unsecure location. His security detail is tasked with protecting him, not documents.

How do you know this? Were you there? Did you see what bathroom it was out of 33? Do you understand that being under secret service protection involves the entire property?

Did Biden protect his documents he illegally obtained for over a decade? A simple yes or no will do.

That's all true for leftists but never a word of complaint from you. Fascinating.

Everyone that gets to know Trump hates Trump

His security team has already explained this. Protecting documents is not their job. They have no interest in protecting his image either
