I read the indictment, he showed classified military documents to a writer and a political operative, he hid the docs from law enforcement and lied to the FBIabout their existence.
Hillary just received emails with classified attachments.

I read the entire 49-page indictment this morning. They have the evidence. They have witnesses -- such as the attorneys who signed off that all classified materials had been collected and turned over to the feds. They have surveillance videos of Nauta removing boxes of documents from one storage area to another, after text messages discussing Trump's instructions to do so. They have documentation that Trump instructed Nauta and others to load boxes of classified materials onto his private jet as they prepared to fly to Bedminster for the summer. There's even a text from an unidentified "female family member" regarding those documents going on the plane... either Melania or Ivanka. Trump was intimately involved in the multiple moves of those boxes of classified materials, including some moved to his bedroom of all places.

HRC can obstruct justice by smashing iPhones and wiping hard drives but that is just fine but Teump can't move boxes of his records in his home.
Trump will delay his court day, and Nauta will probably plead out to include becoming a witness for the prosecution.
