I may be getting out in front of my snowboard here, but, I believe one of the charges on the Indictment will be - Mishandling of Classified documents.
And not just because he stole them, but because he got caught sharing them with someone who had no clearance to be viewing them.
This may explain the violations of the espionage act as well.
And I believe this is one of the reasons why the Justice Department has kept the indictment under wraps- to protect a whistle blower that provided this evidence.
And I believe the charge of tampering with a witness or witnesses, relates to this as well. I believe this is the witness he tampered with and may have even offered a bribe for them to remain quiet about it.
I think this evidence is a reason why The Justice department went ahead and moved this trial to Florida.
Because that would make this case so strong, that there really is no defense Donnie could possible throw to the Jury for this, as this would be indefensible!
