The claim that Biden has been “totally uncooperative” with the investigation into his handling of official documents is transparently false. Biden’s team quickly handed over classified documents to federal authorities upon finding them last year at one of his homes in Delaware and at his former think tank office in Washington. And Biden has consented to FBI searches of his two Delaware homes, the Washington office and the University of Delaware.

Biden never hid anything and if your shithead had turned them over he never would have been iindicted either.

I may be getting out in front of my snowboard here, but, I believe one of the charges on the Indictment will be - Mishandling of Classified documents.

And not just because he stole them, but because he got caught sharing them with someone who had no clearance to be viewing them.

This may explain the violations of the espionage act as well.

And I believe this is one of the reasons why the Justice Department has kept the indictment under wraps- to protect a whistle blower that provided this evidence.

And I believe the charge of tampering with a witness or witnesses, relates to this as well. I believe this is the witness he tampered with and may have even offered a bribe for them to remain quiet about it.

I think this evidence is a reason why The Justice department went ahead and moved this trial to Florida.

Because that would make this case so strong, that there really is no defense Donnie could possible throw to the Jury for this, as this would be indefensible!

Plausible theory for sure. The case being in Florida takes away Trumps liberal jury argument. If Smith is very confident in the strength of his case… he did the right thing.

What if there is an injunction against his open corruption of free and fair elections? If the courts rule that Xi's man arresting opposition candidates to secure power violates the most fundamental precepts of a civil society (well DUH!) today, will Biden and Herr Himmler - that is Garland, round up the SCOTUS justices and either imprison or execute them?

I mean, now that we've gone full Bolshevik revolution and you have ended the United States.
