What to look for if Trump is indicted by the DOJ

A special counsel indictment of Donald Trump for mishandling classified documents is looking likely. If it happens, it would mark the first federal prosecution of a former president in U.S. history. It would also be a teaching moment, here and abroad, for the importance of the rule of law.

We believe that the rule of law requires that Trump be charged, based on the wealth of publicly available facts and the history of the Justice Department charging people who did far less. Just last week, a former Army lieutenant colonel was sentenced to three years in prison for illegal retention of classified documents.

the notion that the modern left can teach anyone anything about the rule of law is hilarious

The DOJ is not left. They are doing their jobs according to the law and have been granting Trump enormous leeway for being an ex-prez. Trump crimes away in public and on the phone. He had to be prosecuted. There is nothing funny about that. He is the author of a great American tragedy. He put America through a lot of terrible times and incidents.

No leftists have fucked America and Americans up the ass.

Grand jury in Florida. Grand jury in Washington D.C.
The DOJ is up to something.

I have a feeling that the Grand Jury in Florida has more to do with the likeliness of one or more of the Marry-A-Lardo staff, that shuttled boxes and documents around, that may have lied in their testimony, and may now be looking at being charged for lying for Donnie to the grand Jury.

Donald Trump corrupts everything he touches- even his hired help!

It's just a best guess at this point!

They have been interviewing staff at Mara Lago including Secret Service.

Do you feel the same way about accusations regarding Hunter Biden? Should we not discuss these accusations unless he is indicted?
