He didn't refuse to return them as Trump did.
He didn't say that they belonged to him as Trump did
He didn't lie about them as Trump did
He didn't show them, or give them to others as Trump did, and that's why Mr. Trump will be prosecuted for Espionage.

There is no question that Biden had documents in his home, and there is no question that as soon as they were found he returned them immediately. There is no question that other members of Congress were found to have had classified documents with them. What Trump did was completely different and you know it.
