Post-President talking about what he called a top secret document that he had taken from the White House is on tape.

He referred to the document in the present tense as “Classified”.

He clearly didn’t declassify them if he was calling them classified. Even the former president considered them still classified!

The Hildabeast had classified material on her private server and she wasn’t prosecuted.

Biden had stolen classified material all over Delaware and DC and he wasn’t prosecuted.

Trump’s material was classified before he declassified them.

No crime here.

It was classified after he left office, in his possession, by his own statement.

He knew he possessed it and knew it was classified.

Why is he even discussing the existence of America's secret contingency attack plans with people who don't have security clearance?

If by an act of Satan, Trump is president again, I don't think our allies will be sharing to much intel with the U.S. due to Trump callous and disregard for keeping intel secrets?!! There is a reason Trump does not receive daily security briefings, a courtesy granted to former presidents?!!

You cannot get it, even now. Trump did not declassify. He admitted the documents he had were classified. Everyone who comes to the Whitehouse gets speeches on how classification works. There is a procedure to follow. Trump cannot abracadabra everything into being declassified. He did not follow guidelines. He did not declassify.
Trump stole a truckload of classified documents for purposes, as yet unknown. But it cannot be good.
