I don’t think he’s hiding it, he’s just being a good prosecutor and not sharing the information until necessary. There are several options, and he may not have decided which one he’s going for.
 
I read there is a recording of Trump talking about the classified documents that he stole. He mentioned he was not allowed to have them. They were highly classified and about a plan to attack Iran.

He is being an idiot. He needs to reveal he has nothing and this is all a ploy. If he seeks more delays you know he has nothing. Trump lawyers want it moved to federal court

Trumps best defense against the charge of taking the classified doc's is to take the stand and make a sincere plea to the jury that he had no intent and it was a mistake.

Trumps worst defense is him actually taking the stand and the Prosecutor getting to cross examine him. he is so painfully stupid that you see how easily E Jean's lawyer got him to bury himself several times ('that's Marls'...' fortunately and unfortunately we celebrities get away with sexual assault and rape').


Lawyers with weak cases know they would win if only they could get Trump to take the stand and just like with E Jean, he has almost no chance without taking the stand to defend himself and make his own case for the jury but he has even less of a chance if he takes the stand as he is so stupid.

He does not need to do shit for you magatards.

He NEEDS to follow NYS law and he is. The same thing he does in all his cases.

You Magatards saying 'but... burt... this is Trump and he gets special treatment' because you derps think he is your god, means nothing to Alvin Bragg and should not.

Trumps lawyers will fail in getting it moved to Federal court and it will do very little even if moved.

Trump has an act where he tries to play dumb. But, his lawyers advised him- YOU CAN'T JUST TAKE AND OR INTENTIONALLY HIDE CLASSIFIED DOCUMENTS.

I am suspecting he has already showed them to people as well- because he said he had every right to do so. WRONG! That will land you in prison.
