Similarly, I just don't argue anything that cannot be proven/disproven.

If it keeps someone on the right path, I don't care if he/she credits God/Sacred Cows/Allah/Karma, etc..

It's idle conjecture to argue either side.


That said, genetic anomalies occur in nature. Why do we assume that only heterosexual individuals are 'normal' in nature? Humans doesn't need every individual to procreate in order to assure existence. Heterosexuals create homosexuals. Clearly, it's meant to be. In a perfect system homosexuals could not possibly exist long term. They don't procreate. But heterosexuals continue to create homosexuals.

Ancient civilizations considered it normal. We criminalize it. As we did interracial marriage.

Which is why it's necessary to 'put it in everyone's face'. It has to be 'normalized'.

I must've missed the news that day.

I don't personally think homosexuality between adults is abnormal or morally wrong. Afterall, it's just stimulating one's genitalia in a different manner than most people do or choosing to have a romantic relationship with those of your own gender.

One of TWO genders ONLY, BTW.

But that doesn't make it "meant to be" any more than any other anomolies are "meant to be". They just are. They just happen. Some, those involving minors, are illegal. Others, are considered deviant or aberrant. But they just are.

News flash.... It already is 'normalized'.

Has been that way for quite awhile now.

Nobody cares about it anymore.

It is not necessary to hound the rest of society about it ad nauseum by relentlessly pounding the us over the head with it until we can no longer stand the sight and sound of those doing the pounding.

The alphabet people are the only ones still making a big deal out of it and I think that's got everything to do with making themselves into victims so they'll have something to keep crying foul about and demanding more "equality" until they have it all.

As I stated: there is science to how our brains are wired. There is science to thought & thought patterns.

As you stated - we don't fully understand those things. But there is science to why some are attracted to the same sex. There is science to why some feel they were born into a body w/ the wrong gender.

Well, I'd agree on the children - but I think that fear is very overblown.

As for "stop complaining" and all that - I can't imagine what it must be like to be gay or transgender in America today. When Kid Rock tears into cases of beer w/ his AR & gets cheered for it - that's a very hostile landscape for LGBTQ to try to navigate. People calling them freaks, telling them to hide who they are, telling them that they're evil. As I mentioned, that's why they have "pride" parades and all that - to affirm to each other that they are just as normal and perfect as everyone else.
