Around 50 million dollars has been spent by two investigations and no collusion by Trump was ever found. I think Trump is a piece of shit as human being. I don't buy on the other hand the Russia collusion thing. In Swalwell's case, you have a naïve moron who let the 'brain' between his legs do his thinking for him. Since a Chinese spy was involved, and he let her get him to hire her spy friends, he deserves a serious smackdown and being barred from a security clearance and any committee in Congress on foreign affairs or intelligence for LIFE!

the question we are addressing is 'did they both get investigated?' and that answer is 'YES'. You cannot call for equality of outcome from investigations suggesting everyone be guilty or everyone be innocent or its a 'DOUBLE STANDARD'.

That is something you Trumpderps do not understand and will cry again when Trump is charged over the Government documents case and Biden is not. BOTH are being investigated by Independent Counsel. That is what makes it FAIR and EQUAL. And only Trump getting charged, does not mean Biden should be charged too. The conclusion of the investigation is what determines that.

Your boldfaced comment is misleading. Mueller made a point of saying his investigation did not look into mere "collusion", as compared to criminal conspiracy, which we know took place between members of the Trump campaign and Russians, e.g. the reported meeting at Trump tower.
