It's not okay unless he didn't return them when discovered. trump took them, lied about returning them, had a lawyer sign a false affidavit they were returned and had his flunkies try to hide the documents from the FBI.

Biden had documents from when he was Senator. He knew he was not supposed to have them

Yeah Senators say they don't know how Biden stole them. He probably shoved them in his underwear like Sandy Berger did.


Also this email certainly sounds like Hunter took it from a classified document on Ukraine. We need to have a person with security clearance to examine the Biden documents and see if any of them contain the information in the email.

In fact, that helps Biden. He had no plans for them since they sat in a garage for a decade. It was just a mistake. Trump actually stole them deliberately and he stole a truckload of documents. Then he lied to the FBI and hid some of them. Pence was the same. He too did not even know he had classified documents, and like Biden, he immediately returned them. These were clerical errors, not theft.
Are you saying you are unable to understand lying to the FBI and hiding the documents, was a serious transgression? Having misplaced documents is a clerical error. Trump had plans for them. he actually copied some of them too.
I feel sorry for you if you have convinced yourself Biden and Pence were worse.

We don't know that. We know trump knew he wasn't supposed to have them or he wouldn't have lied about declassifying them or lied about returning them.

I think it's likely Biden's staff packed up his office at the end of his term and Biden didn't know he had them. When the trump document shitstorm happened Biden and Pence thought it would be a good idea to see if they had any documents packed accidentally. Do you think Pence knew he had documents as well, or was it an honest mistake? Or is it just Democrats, in your opinion that can only possibly be corrupt or mistaken? You seem to be ignoring that Pence was guilty of the same thing.

Neither he nor Pence knew they were there. Neither did the archives. just a clerical error. That is not what happened in Mira Lardo. Are you really unable to see the huge differences? I think, even you, knows Trump was blatantly guilty of theft of classified documents and he lied to the FBI and the archives in trying to steal them.

The Archives never told Biden that they were missing KNOWN documents and wanted them back



TRUMP WAS TOLD FOR MONTHS AND MONTHS THAT HE HAD DOCUMENTS THEY NEEDED BACK


TRUMP lied and lied about the documents while he moved them from their hiding place so he could keep them

So Biden had documents in 3 different locations and knew nothing about it. Biden has no clue what those papers were in his garage. That shows he is not smart enough to be president
