No sitting President should ever be pressuring an election official to find votes. It's kind of amazing that some conservatives are okay w/ that.
Trump was caught on the phone committing illegal acts in Georgia. He was trying to convince the secty of state to change votes to make him win the state. How can Trump win that one?
He also has document crimes in Florida to answer for and he has no defense. He stole classified documents when he left the Whitehouse. He lied about them to the FBI. He forced them to come and get them. He still had more hidden. He cannot win this one either. His Whitehouse lawyer, Ty Cobb, says he will wind up in jail for that one.
He has to answer for his paying-off women to hide his cheating on his pregnant wife with them. That is a tax crime that he cannot explain.
Trump is a serial criminal and he should pay for his crimes.

But what he fails to realize is most of Trump's worst crimes happened in the past 2-3 years: The J6 insurrection, the classified documents, the Georgia phone call. 2-3 years is about the time it takes to prosecute those types of crimes. And Trump's former attorney Ty Cobb Jr. says Atty. Smith has boatloads of evidence to convict Trump and many attorneys say DA Willis's case is a slam-fucking-dunk.
Georgia election officials had already recounted and recertified its ballots three separate times, confirming that Joe Biden won the state; the election process was fair and secure. There were no “shredded ballots” or significant amounts of “dead people voting” to report. What Trump did was unprecedented: he, a sitting United States president, threatened a member of his own party for not overturning legitimate election results. If the election truly was as fraudulent as he had claimed, President Trump would not have lost over sixty election lawsuits — some which involved the state of Georgia — at the time he called Raffensperger.
President Trump’s phone call with Raffensperger demonstrates coercion of a government official to overturn the results of a legitimate presidential election. He made his goal clear: “All I want to do is this. I just want to find 11,780 votes, which is one more than we have.”
The day after Trump’s phone call was made public, Georgia state officials refuted every claim he made in a press conference.
President Trump’s intentions when he called Georgia’s Secretary of State were clear: he wanted to overturn the results of a legitimate election. He knew he did not win the state, so he resorted to threats. Despite the unprecedented challenges to the presidential election and shocking events of January 6, 2021, the electoral college results of Georgia and all other 49 states were certified. Joe Biden will be the 46th President of the United States, and history will, without a doubt, have much to say about this phone call.
Trump committed crimes on the phone, in his own voice in Georgia. I see no defense possible. He did it. He cannot say he did not, but he has to say why it is legal to intimidate a secretary of state to change election results. It is a crime against the election system, one of our oldest and proudest achievements. Trump respects nothing.

No, I think you're correct. Don't know much about tinkerbell, I was away for awhile, but Excesspain became pure troll after the maga coup failed in 2021.
He lost the Carroll case. He lost the tax case for his business evading taxes with lies. Weisselberg took the hit. Trump loses most lawsuits and he will lose the Georgia and Florida cases too.

Trump accused Raffensperger of being complicit and knowledgeable in voting fraud within Georgia: “You know what they did, and you’re not reporting it.” Despite all evidence pointing to the contrary, Mr. Trump maintained his facade and went as far as to threaten Raffensperger for covering up this nonexist fraud: “That’s a criminal offense. And you can’t let that happen. That’s a big risk to you and to Ryan, your lawyer.”
