Violating classified material protocols. I hope they get charged in court.
The FBI doesn't classify documents. That's solely something related to defense and the military. The DOJ's only document classifications are related to the FOIA where certain information is not allowed to become public like social security numbers, and one used internally for sensitive information that shouldn't be released to the public. Neither sort holds the same sort of penalties that releasing classified information does. Instead, misuse is handled internally as an employee discipline problem. Also, releasing such information to Congress where it isn't made public doesn't violate that policy.
