Sounds likely, eh? According to the NYT article, he was already forced to testify about the stolen classified materials. His assertions of attorney-client privilege were rejected.

Not a lawyer so I don’t know how that works, but even if called as a witness, I think he could still represent Trump…if he thought there was a case to win. In this case, the rats are wise to leave a sinking ship.

While I doubt Trump will spend a day in jail, I can see all of these criminal cases, both state and federal, boxing Trump into his residence for the rest of his life.
