They don't have to leave but they have joined a society that relies on a majority rule. Rather than abiding by the rules they agreed to it would appear they have decided to sue. If you don't like the rules of a voluntary society that you belong to, do you suggest a minority go outside the society to try to force their minority opinion on the majority? They have a very clear option available to them if they don't like what the majority did. They can leave what they voluntarily joined.

You keep mentioning majority rules... would you point to this rule they supposedly agreed to when they joined the one that says that biological men will be admitted to the sorority?
