That a physically fit kid, a resident of NYC who obviously seen these dimwits on the trains before, and who was knowledgeable enough on how to bring down and choke an another to death, really felt a threat to his life from a Michael Jackson imitator?

I believe he’ll be vindicated, hope he is, but there is a legal question that has to be addressed
