Not necessarily. Were they there when the incident happened? If not they could only testify to being told that it happened. If that's evidence a supposed sexual assault took place, at time even the victim cant recall, the it's pretty shitty evidence to a normal person. To a trump hater it might be the smoking gun.

Isn't it interesting she couldnt remember when the supposed sexual assault took place so the accused couldn't show they may have been somewhere else when the supposed sexual assault was taking place. If this wasn't trump even a leftists would have to admit this is shitty evidence.

First, you said, it was not evidence, now, you’re saying it is shitty evidence. All I know, is that it was enough for the jury to believe it happened, a unanimous six person Jury.
 
It was her word against not his word, he refused to come in and testify. I suspect he come in to testify and said it didn’t happen he likely would’ve won. Instead, Jean Carol’s testimony it was uncontroverted.

I disagree, he would have screwed up in testimony as he did in the deposition. He would still have lost.
