The problem in Biden's case, is that most of the press, the DoJ, the FBI, etc., are all doing their damnedest to prevent any information related to the Biden family's dealings with lots of foreign governments, corporations, and individuals from seeing the light of day. FBI Director Wray has repeatedly refused to give Congress documents they requested on this. Biden himself changed the rules on releasing those suspicious activity forms the IRS gets from banks. The DOJ has foot drug for well over a year on even investigating Hunter on things like that gun purchase.
The most of the press has ignored these stories entirely and when they do leak out, as with the initial laptop claims, they scream how it is all disinformation, lies, or Russian hoaxes. Then down the road, it's found that it was the press and their sources that were lying their asses off.
Trump isn't president right now, Biden is. Shouldn't we be very concerned that he was in on what looks like a quid pro quo arrangement with numerous countries we're not exactly on good terms with? If he has been bought and is corrupt shouldn't we want to know that? We can't if the mechanisms of government and the media are working hand in hand to cover it up. That too should be extremely alarming to a reasonable person.
