Only in certain cities, you know those dangerous places where they defunded the police and hired DAs who won't prosecute anyone.
 
So this means you have to get the staff to open up a cabinet for every item you may want to look at or purchase? Unbelievable. Prices will have to go up to pay for all of those cabinets AND staff.
