Tucker Carlson just got fired

Difficult to say, but I'd bet against it. The Georgia election fraud trial could be a major problem for him.
Especially given the D.A just sent out a notice to all law enforcement that the upcoming Grand Jury indictments are going to create a strong reaction. Weeks in advance.

Going after big pharma's corruption of corporate media and other heresies says Dore. So far I say that it looks like I was correct with post #144.

The news media is regime media, its job is manufacturing solidarity, Tucker does the opposite, so Tucker had to go is basically what Dore says. He is right often....could be....and that does not in the least negate my post #144. And I was almost certainly was right that in the main this was about his Jan 6 heresy, but ya, his Big Pharma has corrupted corporate media heresy might have been a contributing factor...the last straw.

No, I'm saying (and Adams hinted at it) that the cartoon that got him canned was deliberate. He wasn't doing it to be racist, but rather to have a way to retire and ensure the Delbert comic strip retired with him.

Actually, he was canned for comments made during a podcast rant, not a particular cartoon. Dilbert got canned too, along with all the royalties from merch.

In your cute little psychotic way, you finally made some sense. You are right that Carlson "does the opposite" of solidarity. He was a hateful, divisive, dishonest propagandist. And you swallowed it all down.

The defamation lawsuit is going to uncover a lot of unsavory comments from Tucker, he became too much of a liability for Fox. They had to stop the bleeding by 10,000 cuts.

Watching socialist comedian @jimmy_dor and @aaronjmate acknowledging today that Tucker was the only one in MSM telling the truth on @wikileaks , Syria, Big Pharma, and foreign wars, while also saying they disagreed w him on things like Immigration, is a master class in critical thinking—one should be able to praise certain things while criticizing others w out needing to put the subject in a conceptual box. No one in MSM seems able to do this. Nuance—it is the hallmark of Reason.

I still don’t know why Don and Tucker were fired in the same hour of the same day—it seems oddly synchronous—but Jimmy and Aaron are some of the only people on the left OR the right who are capable of thinking dispassionately and therefor accurately about subjects and people too often viewed through a binary lens.

And for those of you unable to read this with nuance—I do not agree with everything Jimmy or Aaron or Tucker OR Don say. None of these people represent me or are close to perfect 1:1 representation of my world view. No one is. I speak for myself. I promise you there is no one out there who could put me in a conceptual box. I am weird so don’t even try.

It seems that staff at Fox is overjoyed. They consider him a buffoon.

In other news...Don Lemon the misogynist asshole got canned today too.

So...does T.V. Dinner Boy go to CNN, and Lemon go to Fox?

Nah, I think they both wind up at News Nation, where all the fired newsies go.

Yep. I suppose there's also some thinking that if they ditch his ass, maybe the Smartmatic jury will be more sympathetic or something.

Never heard of that one. Another far-RW whacko site/network?

Cuomo works there, so not really. They seem to want "balance" in that they hire all the crazies from both sides. So, by "balance" they mean a teeter totter that sits horizontally because there are enough crazies on the left and right to balance it... rather than "balanced" in the way that normal folks want which is to have news without all the frickin' opinion 24/7.

Seriously?!?
Yes.

ATLANTA (AP) — The prosecutor in Atlanta investigating whether then-President Donald Trump and his allies illegally meddled in the 2020 election in Georgia said Monday she expects to announce charging decisions in the case this summer and urged “heightened security.”
Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis wrote in a letter to county Sheriff Pat Labat that she expects to announce the decisions sometime between July 11 and Sept. 1. She said she wanted to give Labat time to coordinate with local, state and federal agencies “to ensure that our law enforcement community is ready to protect the public.”

Do you have a link to this place? I want to watch it after having a gummy and maybe a glass of wine. It sounds hilarious!
